Made from the flowery and herbaceous Verdejo grape, the wine is fresh and aromatic with notes of citrus, blossom and fennel. It is fermented for 20 days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 13°C and 16°C in order to ensure freshness. This wine pairs well with fish and shellfish, white meats and pasta dishes or with a selection of cold red meats.
