The aromas of this incredible value fizz are comprised of the citrus and toasted cashew nut flavours of Chardonnay, married to the fresh attractive bread-crust characters of Pinot Noir. On the palate there is elegant fruit flavours enhanced with creamy yeast autolysis providing depth and flavour. The wine finishes soft, crisp and clean. Brilliant value for a bottle fermented fizz!
