ZACCAGNINI TWIGGY PINOT GRIGIO 2016
Pale yellow with green nuances; very delicate bouquet, fragrant, aromatic, very fresh and well-balanced.
Harvest by hand, following ripening curves. Fermentation occurs with gentle grape pressing, cold skin contact and vacuum pressing is used along with a low-temperature maceration. The entire fermentation process is carefully managed so the wine can preserve all of its delicate and complex aromas. Aged in steel.
