A limited edition collaboration with O Hara’s Craft Brewery. This Single Malt has been matured in Bourbon Casks and finished in in a combination of two different casks - Imperial Stout and ‘Winter Star’ Spiced Pale Ale. The finished whiskey comes in at 49.5% and has a complex blend of chocolate, fruit and notes of sweet spice with a rich mouth-feel.
