A blend of premium Irish grain and Clonakilty Single Pot Still whiskey distilled and matured on the cliffs above the Atlantic Ocean by the Galley Head Lighthouse. First matured in bourbon barrels, this whiskey has been finished in ex-Rhum Agricole casks to give sweet tropical flavours.
