Wild Red Mead (12% ABV) is a gorgeous melomel mead fermented off-dry and made from Wexford blackcurrants beautifully balanced with dark cherries, tempered over a hint of honey and matured to a very smooth finish.
Delicious served at room temperature on its own or with roast duck, barbecue dishes and rich, tomato-y Italian dishes. Lovely with cheeseboards or good quality chocolate.
