Hazy Summer Mead

Hazy Summer Mead (11% ABV) is a fabulous, fruity, off-dry berry mead with generous strawberry and raspberry aromas, a lovely burst of summer berries and a smooth, subtle honey finish.

Perfect served lightly chilled on its own or in a sharing jug with ice and frozen berries.

It pairs beautifully with spicy chicken wings, light curries, salads or try with honey glazed ham. For dessert try berry cheesecake or pavlova.

Celtic Mead Sangria Recipe:

1. 2 parts Hazy Summer Mead
2. 1/2 part Cointreau or Triple Sec orange liqueur
3. 1 1/2 parts cranberry juice
4. Dash of fresh lime juice
